I am a qualified counsellor who offers a confidential, safe, and non-judgmental space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and emotions about any difficulties you are experiencing.

Counselling gives you the opportunity to talk with someone who is not involved in your personal life. I will listen and support you, and I will not judge you or tell you how to lead your life. We will work at your pace and with the issues you would like to focus on.

I work with adults and young people from the age of 11. Some of the areas I have experience working with are anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, self-harm, stress, anger. I also offer couples counselling.

I offer a free 20-minute phone call so that I can answer any questions and decide if I am the right counsellor for you.
