Weekend Roundup

⚫⚫️ U9 Gladiators
Back to winning ways with a fantastic performance against Camberley Racoons! The girls started strongly and maintained their intensity throughout all four quarters.
⚽ Goals: Bella (3), Ella (3), Maisie (3), Isla (2), Evie (2) & Rebel.
Special mention to Rebel, Chloe, Ella and Maisie for playing extra minutes for the opposition, with Rebel scoring their only goal!
🏆 Opposition POTM: Ella | Coaches POTM: Bella

⚪️ Bobcats
A tough away loss to Hook, but plenty of positives to build on!
🏆 Opposition POTM: Asiya | Coaches POTM: Sophie

🟡 Alton Meerkats
A 4-2 defeat against a very strong Hamble side, but the girls more than held their own, taking the lead twice through two lovely Tilly goals. Abi was outstanding defensively, making countless tackles and battling on despite taking several knocks. A performance to be proud of and lots to learn from!
🏆 Players POTM: Tilly | Managers POTM: Abi

⚫️ U15 Thundercats 1–1 Lee Rangers
An outstanding performance with just 11 players, and at times down to 10! The girls pressed high and showed fantastic fitness, resilience and team spirit. After going 1-0 down, they kept pushing, with Emily finishing superbly after a brilliant counterattack to earn a deserved draw. Huge credit to every girl!
🏆 Opposition POTM: Olivia | Players POTM: Emilia | Managers POTM: Emily

⚪️ U16 Pumas
The Pumas started brightly against Denmead with a bare 11, leading 2-1 at half-time. Unfortunately, tired legs caught up with them as they lost 5-2.
🏆 POTM: Eliza

🟡 Youth Team
A tough 5-0 defeat against local rivals Corfe Mullen on a very grassy Jubilee. Despite Dave and Tom's best efforts to change things, the opposition stuck to their plan. Thanks to Tom for stepping in to support Dave and the girls!
🏆 Opposition POTM: Holly M | Players POTM: Olivia
