Alton U15 Pumas 3 - 0 Farnborough Juniors

17 MAY 2026

What a way to finish the season! Our U15 Pumas produced a confident, dominant performance at Gosport Borough Stadium to lift the U15 Trophy in style.

After some early nerves, Bella opened the scoring with a close-range header from a superb Iris corner. Shortly after, another brilliant delivery from Iris found Sophie, who made it 2-0 with a great finish.

The Pumas were playing with real confidence, moving the ball brilliantly and showing fantastic teamwork throughout. Just before half time, a dangerous free kick forced a save from the Farnborough keeper, but unfortunately couldn’t keep hold of the ball and Captain Cara reacted quickest to score her first goal of the season and give the Pumas a deserved 3-0 lead!

The second half saw Farnborough push hard, but our defence and midfield stood strong, dealing with everything thrown at them with determination and composure.

Every single player was outstanding — a true team performance from start to finish.

An incredible day, an incredible performance, and a fully deserved trophy to cap off a fantastic season.

A huge thank you as well to our amazing supporters, whose energy and encouragement helped drive the girls all the way to victory!
