Alton Football Club is inviting applications for the role of Men’s First Team Manager.
We are seeking someone who is passionate about the beautiful game.
The successful candidate will be a strong communicator who understands the importance of teamwork and of building an effective management and coaching staff around them.
We are looking for a motivator who can create an environment that encourages continual improvement while ensuring the experience remains enjoyable for everyone involved.
The role also requires an awareness of, and commitment to, contributing to Alton FC as a whole club, supporting its wider values, development, and community spirit beyond the First Team.
