A fantastic away win at Milford Meerkats! Lightning’s teamwork and passing proved too strong today.

🟢 U12 Meerkats
The girls travelled to Lee-on-Solent with just 9 players and produced a brilliant performance. Gracie opened with a top-bins strike before Arwen added two and Gracie grabbed another before HT (4-0). Lee Rangers scored early in the second half but the girls responded with another from Gracie, plus goals from Aaliyah and Maddie.
Jessie provided three assists in a superb team display.

🟣 U14 Thundercats
A battling 3-3 draw away at Southampton with just 11 players. Maisie scored a superb hat-trick to put the girls 3-1 up, but Southampton rallied late to level it. A fair result after a great contest.
A tough game vs Winchester. The girls fought back from 3-0 to 3-2, but two penalties proved decisive in a 4-2 defeat.
