Weekend Roundup

🟡 U7 Pandas
Week off for the Pandas 🐼

🟤 U8 Lightning
A fantastic away win for Lightning at Chineham Tigers! ⚡ Goals from Evie (2), Rebel & Bella sealed the result. Bella was superb both in goal and outfield — nonstop running, tackling and skill keeping the opposition at bay 👏 Opposition Player of the Match: Evie ⭐

🟠 U10 Bobcats
No game this week for the Bobcats 🐾

🔵 U11 Meerkats
No fixture this week.

🟢 U12 Meerkats
A huge performance at home against league-high flyers Bourne Sports (2nd in the league). Pre-match mission: make it impossible to pick a Player of the Match… mission accomplished 💚 The girls started strong, Maddie threading a perfect ball through for Emelia to open the scoring. 1-0 at half time.
Bourne came out firing in the 2nd half, quickly turning it around to 1-2. Emilia calmly brought it back to 2-2 playing out from the back. Bourne edged ahead again with 10 minutes left (2-3), but the girls dug deep and Arwen grabbed her 1st goal of the season to make it 3-3 — persistence paying off! 🙌 A brilliant draw against a strong side. Heads high and smiles all round 😁
Opposition Player of the Match
Manager’s Player of the Match: Ellie – fearless in goal, throwing herself at everything 🧤 (both keepers recognised!)
Players’ Player: Gracie – outstanding in midfield ⭐

🟣 U14 Thundercats
Six wins in a row and the first clean sheet of the season! 💪
At home to Gosport, playing 10v10 on 3G, the girls showed real quality. Emelia set up Maisie early on to break the deadlock, and by half time it was 3-0 with a Maisie hat-trick and an Amelia assist.Second half saw more pressure and more goals — strikes from Amelia, Erin and another for Maisie, with assists from Amelia and Maisie. A solid defensive unit in front of Olivia (with Alys, Poppy, Eve, Charlotte and Sara rotating) kept things locked down 🔒
Opposition Player: Eve – crucial tackles and composure at the back 👏
Players’ Player: Erin – lone striker who deserved her goal ⭐
Manager’s Player: Maisie – 4 goals & 2 assists 🙌

⚪️ U15 Pumas – No game

⚫️ U16 Panthers – No game

Another strong week across the club 💛🖤
