Liphook United Ladies 2 - 1 Alton Ladies

27 OCT 2025

A close, hard-fought battle that ended in defeat for our Ladies in the Hampshire County Cup.

As always, games against Liphook are tight and competitive, and today was no different!

There were plenty of positives to take — some great individual performances, a few brilliant saves from our keeper 🧤, and a beautifully worked goal finished confidently by Claudia. 👏 Claudia is sponsored by Stubbys Stove Shop.

Unfortunately, a couple of defensive errors cost us, but the team showed real fight and spirit throughout.

🌟 Manager’s Player of the Match: Izzy Govinden – tireless work rate, full of energy, and vital today! 💚

Heads up and eyes forward – onwards to next week! 💪⚽️

Alton Ladies Development 6 - 0 Aldershot Boys & Girls Youth Ladies

Our Devs were on fire today as they powered their way up to 2nd place in Division Five with a dominant 6-0 win! 🔥

Six different goalscorers got on the sheet 🙌

Four goals before half-time set the tone, with Holly and Amelia adding two more after the break 👏

A rock-solid defensive performance kept things tight at the back and secured a well-deserved clean sheet 💥

Amazing effort all round, Devs – what a performance! 💚⚽
