Alton Football Club is delighted to announce a new partnership with Leisure Leagues, the world’s largest provider of small-sided football, to launch an official 6-a-side league in Alton.
Starting on Sunday 13th July, the league will run every Sunday evening from 6pm–8pm on the club’s FIFA-approved 3G pitch at The Exclusive Networks Stadium, Anstey Park. An opportunity for local players over 16 to enjoy high-quality, competitive football in a genuine non-league stadium environment.
The league will be professionally managed by Leisure Leagues, with fully qualified referees, top-of-the-range match equipment, and a dedicated match night supervisor on hand to ensure everything runs smoothly each week.
Every team will have access to a fully interactive online league page, including upcoming fixtures, latest league tables, and detailed results, giving players a real sense of competition and progress throughout the season.
To add to the excitement, teams compete to win trophies and medals, ensuring there’s always something to play for. The league is open to everyone over 16, regardless of ability, background or gender.
To celebrate the launch, entry is completely free for teams who register now — a saving of £50.
Jon Darcy, Director of Business Development at Leisure Leagues, said:
"We’re absolutely thrilled to be working with Alton Football Club to bring this league to life. This is a brilliant opportunity for players of all backgrounds and ability levels to play on a fantastic pitch, at a proper football club, in a professional environment. Whether you’ve got a full squad ready to go or you’re signing up solo, we’d love to have you involved. Our goal is to build a buzzing league that brings the community together and gives everyone something to look forward to on a Sunday night."
Spaces are limited and expected to fill quickly — so now’s the time to secure your team’s place in Alton’s new 6-a-side league.
