Playing another cup game against a team from division 1, we started strongly creating a few good chances with some nice passing moves and good combinations throughout the team. Some good play from both sides eventually led to an entertaining, but uneventful first half, finishing at 0-0.

A good half time pep talk and we came out invigorated in the second half, getting a goal quickly in the second half, albeit with a bit of good fortune after some fantastic work from Wallace. True to her word, she pulled out her new celebration (photos to come)!

After committing too many players forward in search of a second, US Portsmouth pulled one back with a well taken finish. This gave us a kick up the backside and we quickly restored our lead with Zoe K getting her first of the season with a well placed shot, after a brilliant flick from Hannah!

Jess soon gave us a 2 goal lead with a great finish, after being set up nicely by Wallace!

To top off the match, a lovely interchange and creativity coming from Teyla and Zoe, led to a cracking finish from Eva to seal the game for us!

Massive thank you to United Services Portsmouth, who are a credit to their club! Such an incredibly nice and respectful group and a pleasure to host!

Thank you to Knight Vision Sports one again for the awesome photography - to be added soon!
