A fantastic performance from the ladies today against a good Wight Eagles side.
A fast start today, going 3-0 up within 30 minutes after a good header from Jess Frazer, a good lofted finish from Sophie “Wallace” Hall, and a nicely worked finish by Eva Marley gave us a good lead for the first half.
A few good chances from both teams in the second half, with some outstanding work from Vicky in goal with some unbelievable saves, unfortunately an own goal gave the opposition a lifeline.
We quickly reinstated our 3 goal lead when Caitlin Norrell finally got her goal after some good pressing work from the midfield.
