Groundsman gets an Alton mention at Great South Run

Alton FC Groundsman, Tony, completed the Great South Run in Portsmouth on Sunday, wearing Alton's First Team shirt.
On crossing the finishing line, the commentator announced:
"The only Alton FC shirt I've seen today and it may be 10 years before I see another one."
Congratulations to Tony... But who was the announcer??
(And maybe it wont be the only Alton FC shirt in next year's run!)
