Alton FC becomes first 'Donation Station' for Football Shirts For Charity

20 Jul 22

We are delighted to partner with Football Shirts For Charity to support their efforts in raising money for the Bobby Moore Fund - Cancer Research UK.

Alton FC has become FSFC's first 'virtual donation station', accepting donations of pre-loved, historic, retro, recent or vintage football shirts that need a new home.

FSFC has a good following and an online shop with hundreds of shirts available to purchase for the cause.

To kick-off our partnership, we are hosting a mixed Alton XI (represented by different age groups) vs FSFC XI friendly match at The Enclosure on Sunday 24th July, 3pm. Entry is free and the bar will be open.

So if you have any pre-loved football shirts that you'd like to donate, please see our Clubhouse staff on Sunday, or on matchdays throughout the season, who will be pleased to receive your donation.
