Design a "Thank You" Card Competition

Alton FC's 25/26 season Charity Partner, Cardiac Health, are inviting all 3-11 year old children to design a ‘Heartfelt thank you card’ for their charity and be in with a chance to win an Alton FC jacket or hoodie, amongst other prizes!

Cardiac Health in Alton is a local charity that helps people lead stronger, healthier lives through exercise. In 2026 Cardiac Health are celebrating 50 years of operation in Alton helping exercisers regain confidence, stay active, and take control of their health – guided by skilled instructors and tailored programmes with medical oversight.

Cardiac Health will invite every child who enters the competition to see their design on display at Cardiac Health on Thursday 26 March. As well as seeing the wonderful artwork, the children and their families will be given an after-school snack from 4-5pm.

From the entries the competition judges will choose one overall design to be used as their charity thank you card. For each age group there will also be a prize for the most creative design.

The closing date for this competition is Saturday 28 February 2026. Entries must fit on a single sheet of A4 paper and be accompanied by:

Name and age of child.
Name, email address and telephone number of a parent or guardian.

All entries must be submitted to Cardiac Health, Chawton Park Road, Alton GU34 IRQ. Digital or photographed entries will not be accepted.

Entries can also be left with Alton FC behind the bar when open.
