Alton U8 Lions Cup Final

This season, our U8 Lions were entered into the NEHYL Vase tournament, where they battled their way through to the final.
On their journey, they got their first taste of knock-out penalties, which they stepped up to and won, taking them to the final.
As an U8 team, they have focused on the development areas & motto, which is talking, tackling, passing, and having fun. This was on show this whole season, especially throughout the tournament.
Unfortunately while they took an early lead, the result went against them, and they came runners up.
We are all so proud of the development and attitude of our Lions, and we look forward to their next development steps as they move to U9 and a change in the game they play as they move to 7V7.
