Congratulations to Alton FC U16 TK's

Posted: 16.06.18

Congratulations to Alton FC U16 TK's for being runners up in the NEHYL Premier division this season, narrowly missing out on being champions.

Alton FC U16 TK’s

We are very proud of this team, to finish so high in the top division of the league is a fantastic achievement. They are also a great example of what Alton FC are trying to achieve for all our teams. The majority of this team started with the club as U7's, during their mini football years they were in 2 teams, The Kestrels and The Titans (hence the name TK’s) at 11 a-side they combined into 1 team and were in Div 2 of the NEHYL.

With a lot of practice, dedication and commitment they progressed to where they finished and plan to continue next season as an U17 team, the first time for many years a team from the youth section keeps going after U16.

The picture shows just a few of the team and the long suffering management, sadly most of the team are still in the middle of their GCSE's so heads were in books last night.
