Development Centre

Posted: 29.06.17

Alton Football Club are pleased to announce that as of September we will start a Development Centre.

The Alton Football Club Development Centre is an invitation-only Development Centre run by UEFA "A" and "B" license coaches. It is primarily for talented or potentially talented players we see across our current teams.

The aim of the Development Centre is to provide strong grassroots footballers between the ages of 7 and 15 with the opportunity to develop their technical and tactical skills and knowledge, through a top level coaching programme.

As well as the coaching sessions we will be developing a games programme against Professional Development Centres. The programme will also add good CPD for our current coaches at Alton Football Club as the coaches will be invited to come to the sessions.

We have created the Development Centre so our players can achieve a high level of football without leaving the club.
